It could also be that you are using cracked software. It is either your PC/Hardware or it's your setup. They simply could not afford all the down time. Pro Studios that need a stable DAW to earn money in order to pay the bills and to feed their families would drop it Pro Tools if these problems were common. I had an HT native with a 16 x 16 avid everything and everything was up to avid spec and yet I would get freezes and error messages with maybe one instrument and vocalīut if your system crashes and freezes as much as you say it does, Pro Tools is not the problem. I wish I had all my 100000hours of troubleshooting back! I think 12 is the best version yet but it just shuts down with no warning pretty often freezes pretty easily.
